season over

Post by woodey on Thu Aug 26, 2010 12:26 pm

Has anyone seen molley he seems to be the only one who has been spot on, with all sections of the club.
Ron and co seem to be blaming there playing group for everything ,but in my opinion they have some real problems with comminication and how to deal with real adults, and to all members be warned a dictatorship is trying to be put in concrete, do not agree to constitutional change the chairman should never have full control of any organisation.
look between the lines ,change is the only way forward, dont be hoodwinked.

Me thinks Molley has assumed a new name. Can't wait to here more delusional rantings of a bloke who clearly talks to much to himself.
Would be good if he came out of the closet and put his hand up to join the board. There's certainly an opportunity. Maybe he can use Julia's PR machine and move the Club forward. Wonder what skill set he'd bring?

Sh1t clubs always have people like Molley, I mean Woodey, stirring the pot. Fortunately its the players that play, not the Board or Coach. D Kappler would be handy, but probably a bit past it. We clearly don't have enough good players, we need more, so hopefully xxxx like Woodey don't try and torch the joint so no one wants to come.
Just give it a rest .

your wooden spoon collection must be large, you shouldnt second guess your life and try leaving your wooden chair from time to time,it just might clear the space between your ears. Its people like you that lack any sense at all that have dragged the south adelaide football club down to the bottom. We have to many outsiders running the club and that includes you.

Hi Woodey,

I can assure you mate that no member of the SAFC board has any control of any discussion that goes on in here. The club does not even link to this bb, for that very reason. The board was set up after some of the members in here realised that we would not have a forum and the MyFooty Forum got us fixed up with space on their servers!

Whilst it is a public forum and whilst we do encourage discussion and spirited debate on the SAFC, we naturally do not have published anything that is defamatory or attacking in nature. Clearly its a very fine line to make those calls, and because of what that implies we are always going to err on the side of caution as a result.

Ultimately what we are all about is getting the SAFC back to the point where we are competitive in the SANFL and putting wins together, clearly we all have different ideas on how to get there, yet for all of us, fighting amongst ourselves is only going to contribute to keeping the same old cycle going that keeps this club out of the finals year after year and so on.

Your imput is welcome, lets all just try and keep within the boundaries of the guidelines agreed to in the acceptance of membership of the forum.

Play on,

Watching the football on the ABC left me wondering, what has changed in terms of our senior football at south adelaide.
When you think of the amount of players that have been pushed or left the club, the mistakes made with the appointments of the captains, the poor excuses made by the coaching staff on why these players have gone, which sounds like a player blame game on every occasion, the same excuses every time we loose.
The result in every grade was a easy conclusion early into the season.
But at the end of the day the coach and the senior football team must take full responsibility for our poor performances.
We must be the only club that allows club best and fairests, state players, and a constant exit of players throughout the season, every other club must love our constant supply of players to them.
Senior football manager Mr sharpe has failed our club and must be replaced,we have too many non south adelaide people in these top positions, all these top positions including our non performing CEO should be filled with people that live and die south adelaide and know the cubs history, many of these people have been appointed to our top positions ,for the money or to better themselves, and dont be surprised if they are applying for every job going throughout australia.

Whoever runs this forum, can we get rid of this fool. We already stuggle for credibility due to our ladder position, but I have never been more confident that we now have the right people to take us where we want to go, if they can recruit as they did last year. When opposition supporters get on here and see fools like molley / woody, having acrack at every little thing, often in a mishevious way based around lies, we look like a bunch of in-fighting no-hopers.

Someone make a brave decision and ban this tosser, and let the rest of us come up with some constructuve ways we can get our club where it need to be ..... please

Woodey the coach does not have the players at his disposal to do any better than what we have!
Sure if I were to be negative and to say we were in the same position in two years time questions would be asked, but i doubt that will
happen.I have seen plenty of SANFL football this season(not just games involving south!)and one has to be a realist,we just do not have the cattle at the moment.Thats not to say some of the guys this season will take the next step in 2011!
We could all sit around and sledge the _rap out of our team but what will that achieve? NOTHING!
Ron Fuller knows how to develop young players so I truly believe we will see solid improvement in our squad next season, along with some quality additions to our team!

To Woodey, Molley, Trevor or whoever you may be please take your unwanted rant elsewhere. If you could only channel all of that negative energy in a positive way....

that wouldn't be ex-director Trevor Blight would it be Andos? The comments made by Molley / Woodey certainly fall in line with Trevor's doom and gloom outlook of the club and life in general. Bit sad that someone who has been around so long, feel such a need to torch the place. Sad

funny how some people say they must be a irate parent or an irate player or molley or Mr blight or who ever you want them to be.But you never want to look at yourselves for those many mistakes that you have made, stop making them and then you will get some praise from woodey and many other people, put some runs on the board ,stop eating those burgers because you are starting to look and act like king kong.People are the club and you are pushing them away in droves, become a peoples club and you will get them back, and lets hope trevor blight has a laugh about his name being torched because you arent even close.

Can the people of Club please push Woodey away.

it is interesting though Woodey that you see yourself as the voice of the people. I can't see too many of them supporting your point of view on here.

It's good to see someone else in disarray for once. North ain't having a great run with coaches of late either.
Healy never seemed to make any tough selection calls despite their losses. Will enjoy watching the fallout. Wouldn't mind pinching a few of their players. But certainly not fat bloke who has already been here.

Rumours at Great Southern on the weekend that Willunga coach Barry Pilmore will be new Panthers reserves coach. Any one heard anything?

Where's that leave Burgess?

Maybe a step up to League assistant with Ben's departure?

Heard they both are hanging on for one more year but the club did have a crack. Mail is Burgess isn't reserves coach but staying as league assistant.
