I decipher that to be Bollenhagen you're talking about? Would be good if he does play.

Lets see who can work it out. Both played a bit of U18 footy before a handball of Reserves games. One was given his marching orders while the other pulled the pin.

A quick skim of their website suggests it's Matt Wilson and Matt Spencely.

Wilson hasn't played yet. The other is correct. Who's the second?

Shame. After his efforts in 2012 and his vocal/public criticism of the club following Ronnie's departure, would be nice to see him walk off Noarlunga a loser, playing for a mickey mouse side.

It's bit of a larf when their top ups are made up from recalcitrants who have history with many SANFL clubs.

Actually, I was elated when I found out the game was postponed Smile, as our cricket club had their presentation night dinner at the same time - now I can see South play too

Goal Kickers: J. Cross 3, S. Overall 2, N. Murphy 2, B. Eddy 2, N. Liddle 2, J. Veide , P. Rolfe
Best Players: , J. Cross , N. Liddle , X. Gotch , B. Crabb , N. Daniel , J. Veide

Huge momentum swings in this one. South kicked the first 5 and looked on track for a 10 goal win, and really should have been further infront at 1/4 time. Perhaps the players thought the same, as they dropped off and when Grigg goaled half way through the 3rd term the Ravens were 8 or 9 up, the game being played almost entirely in their half. Enter Joel Cross, the champ booting 3 goals in 5 minutes against the tide to hand the momentum back to South on 3/4 time. A great smother and goal to Liddle extended the lead to 3 goals early in the last, and from there South hung on to record an important, yet unconvincing win.

Thought the best players named by the club were spot on, with Cross and Liddle again standouts, while debutant Ross was lively in his debut.

Awful attendance as expected.

Nice to record a long-overdue win against the interlopers.

I am just stoked that we finally got in a win over the Adelaide Crows!

Still, how good is Cross travelling at the moment, good luck to the lad he is a great player and servant of our club.
