How good was that! Real character in the second half shown by the boys.

Annoyed I missed the game, but it was great to listen to on radio. Certainly an important win!

It was a good game against a very good side.

I don't like the game style, but hey we are winning that's what counts the most.

The goal by Brett Eddy, seconds before the 3/4 time siren has to be high up amongst the best goal ever kicked by a South player that I can remember.

Irra kept taking the game on for most of the day, at times he fluffed it, the more he backed himself in, the better and more reliable he got, just look for the bright orange boots.

The back half is standing up to all that is thrown at it, the helmet, Tarak and Crabby relieve the pressure well, and I thought our two big blokes in Bass and Cailotto worked hard around the ground and in the centre to break even with Norwood The goal by Matty Rankine was a gem, which gave the boys the sign that we were not about to give in to the visitors.

We have proved we can play the big boys game. Beware the Prowling Panther.

Wonderful win, agree Prowler Brett's goal was a beauty, but for mine Matt Rankine goal was the best i've seen a Hicky given the flukey wind from that pocket, under pressure his calmness and judgement of conditions was outstanding. Nick Liddle knee injury is a concern, other than that an outstanding performance by a courageous team.

A great win!,Im still coming down after yesterday. I think in the end we just wanted it a bit more than them. How many times in the past have we been down by 4 goals at halftime only to turn it into a 10-12 goal defeat..??? not these days, there is a real hunger and desire there , as shown by the boys yesterday.
I think Nick Liddells injury is an ankle, not sure how bad, but Id sooner have him on the park than not!
A big game against "the combine" this week-lots of reasons we'd like to win, not just the premiership points!!..will be there with bells on!

Great win. Pretty happy where we are at considering who we lost at the end of last season. Injuries and the Murphy sacking have also tested our depth. Apart from Haren who hasn't really set the world on fire we are running around with a team with no 2015 recruits. I wonder if any recruits will force there way into the team before seasons end?

Ben Darrou i'am sure will get a league game leading into finals, just needing to build up his fitness, big Ben has got a game and it will be good to finally see him in the league side.

Good point. I think we need another big bodied defender to help Crabby come finals time. Not sure many of the other recruits are A graders though.

Ben Darrou not named in League or Reserve teams this week, nor on the injury list. Is there a problem?

Watched him play in the ressies. Still needs to build fitness up.

Can not answer the questions to why not in ressies or injury list.
